Le temelimab comme traitement modificateur de la maladie chez les patients présentant des symptômes neuropsychiatriques dans le COVID Long (ou PASC)

L'étude GNC-501, intitulée « Temelimab as a Disease Modifying Therapy in Patients with Neurological, Neuropsychological, and Psychiatric Symptoms in Post-COVID-19 or Post-Acute Sequelae of COVID-19 (PASC) Syndrome », impliquera le recrutement de 200 patients issus de centres d'études suisses et européens et souffrant de syndromes neuropsychiatriques sévères suite à l'infection par le COVID. Dans le cadre de cette étude basée sur des biomarqueurs, seuls les patients également testés positifs pour la protéine pathogène W-ENV seront recrutés dans le but de réduire leurs conditions invalidantes.
